Ginger oil has recently been extracted from freshly distilled ginger root. It impresses with its citrusy, fresh scent with a spicy, fruity note. It is also mild and very skin-friendly. Ginger oil relieves the feeling of nausea and (travel) nausea and leads to greater well-being in the case of intestinal cramps. In addition, it improves appetite when the oil is inhaled, e.g. B. via an inhaler pen or a tissue. The digestive and relaxing effect helps with abdominal pain and intestinal cramps. Together with a clockwise colon massage, it can help relieve stool blockages. It is often used in therapeutic mixtures, especially for “mental stomach aches”, as it has a balancing and psychologically stabilizing effect. Also suitable for treating cold-related complaints such as colds, bronchitis and rheumatism.

Recipe tips:

• Mixture for your “nausea away” smelling bottle
  Mix 3 drops of organic ginger, 4 drops of cardamom and 4 drops of organic peppermint. If you feel sick, carefully sniff your personal olfactory bottle several times.
  
  
• digestive regulating oil
  Mix 1 drop of angelica root organic, 4 drops of grapefruit organic, 2 drops of ginger organic, 1 drop of rose damascena 10%, 3 drops of tonka extract in 50 ml of PRIMAVERA almond oil organic. The oil can be used well for oil compresses and as a clockwise abdominal massage several times a day.
