Sleep not only allows the body to rest, but also processes the impressions of the day in the subconscious and anchors what we have learned. This makes it all the more important to ensure good sleep. However, it is not uncommon for a constantly revolving carousel of thoughts to get in the way of this.
The cozy fragrance composition of 100% pure natural essential oils helps you to leave everyday stress behind and relax. Essential lavender oil relaxes, calms the senses and supports healthy sleep. Essential neroli oil relieves tension, has a balancing effect and provides a sense of security. Warm and pleasantly scented vanilla extract conjures up a harmonious atmosphere and has a calming effect.

As a bath additive, e.g. mixed with salt, the fragrance mixture unfolds its beneficial effect. A warm aromatic bath promotes falling asleep and calms you down. The ideal bath temperature is 35 - 38 °C.

Application:
For a full bath, mix a maximum of 10 drops of the fragrance mixture in 3 tablespoons of sea salt and add it to the already running bath water.

Tip:
An evening foot bath with the Schlafwohl fragrance mixture can also be enjoyed while sitting comfortably on the sofa. Especially in the transitional periods in spring and autumn, when you tend to have cold feet, a foot bath warms the whole body and strengthens the immune system. Then apply the Schlafwohl balm and massage it briefly to leave your feet feeling soft and smooth.
