When winter ends and spring comes, the Kapha season begins. Many people now feel dull and lethargic. They are tired, unable to concentrate, depressed and their circulation could use some stimulation. Typical signs of the so-called "spring fatigue".
The longing for sunshine and warmer temperatures is great. However, the body and mind need time to adjust. With a balanced composition of eucalyptus, frankincense, camphor and other scents, this aroma oil supports the harmonization of the rather heavy Kapha dosha. It is therefore particularly recommended in spring and for people with Kapha dominance. For inner balance and an optimal start to the most wonderful time of the year!
To achieve the full effect of the pleasant scent, we recommend using a fragrance lamp or a fragrance stone. 2 to 3 drops are enough.
