The essential larch oil combines the root oils angelica root and vetiver with mood-enhancing bergamot and blood orange and the enveloping floral scents of jasmine and ylang ylang.

When using this power concentrate, it is particularly helpful to support your own thoughts with a positive perception and to use the power of thoughts. This can be done by setting a so-called scent anchor. The scent is connected to your own protected thought space (e.g. individually designed soul garden). This protected space is positively visualized during meditation so that when you later smell the scent, this memory is recalled and the positive body reactions take place.

The power concentrates complement the home and travel medicine cabinet, providing practical helpers in various situations. They have to be diluted, but are therefore very versatile and can be individually adapted to personal needs.

Massage oil for ears and neck - Activates the reflex zones:
Mix 20 drops of Seelenstreichler power concentrate in 50 ml of almond oil. Rub a little of it between your fingertips and oil your ears with it. Massage the auricle from top to bottom, rubbing the earlobes with gentle pressure. Spread behind the ears towards the neck and rub in. Smell the scent and give yourself a hug

Bath additive - Dive in and emerge with new strength:
Mix a 200 ml cup of cream with a maximum of 20 drops of Seelenstreichler power concentrate. Add to the bath water and bathe for about 20 minutes. After bathing, just shower, but do not wash with shower gel, and gently pat the skin dry. This way the oil film can also form a protective covering. The relaxing effect is increased if we take the time to lie snuggled up in bed for a while afterwards.

Time-out spray - Wrap yourself in a scented mist and take a little time out:
Add up to 20 drops of Seelenstreichler Kraftkonzentrate to 100 ml of orange blossom water. Close the bottle and shake well before use. Spray a few times over the head, face and neck area and consciously perceive the scent mist. It helps to imagine a positive image of the plants contained in it, for example the image of the larch tree, firmly rooted and moving in the wind, but shedding its needles every year to grow new ones in the spring.

Massage oil for children (from 3 years) - As a nice ritual when coming home or going to bed:
Mix a maximum of 5 drops of Seelenstreichler power concentrate in 50 ml of almond oil. Rub the oil in with warm hands. Apply the oil to the neck, arms and upper body from top to bottom in stroking movements. Distribute slowly and evenly. A relaxing effect can also be achieved by rubbing the forearms. Important: the child should decide for themselves whether they like this scent and want to have it rubbed in.
