Curry Masala hot is a mixture of 13 valuable spices and is used in many ways in Indian and Ayurvedic cuisine.
It is used to season sauces, soups, dal and curry dishes. The masala is added to the dishes at the beginning of cooking and gives Indian dishes the typical curry note. To intensify the flavor of the spices contained, the masala can be roasted in ghee beforehand.
