Rich, creamy curry paste from Mongul cuisine with precious spices, coconut cream and cashew nuts to prepare delicious Korma dishes.
To prepare delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: Briefly sauté vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Korma Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per portion) and simmer until cooked. (For more flavor, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a thick sauce, stir in creme fraiche, cream cheese or creamed coconut as desired and let it simmer or steep for a few more minutes. Serve rice with it. - The Indian curry is ready!
