Das Fuß Massage Board ist super praktisch und angenehm in der Anwendung, daher 5 Sterne.
Die Noppen sind mittelhart, sie geben leicht nach, wenn man darüber läuft und sind dennoch fest genug für eine Reflexzonenmassage. Für Menschen mit empfindlichen Füßen ist das Massage Board vermutlich zu hart.
Durch die vier einzelnen Puzzelteile kann das Massage Board variabel zusammengesteckt werden und für verschiedenen Übungen genutzt werden oder Einzeln in verschiedenen Räumen. Ich habe zum Beispiel ein Puzzelteil unter dem Schreibtisch auf der Arbeit liegen, um zwischendurch immer mal wieder die Füße und Beine zu massieren bzw. zu bewegen.
Weitere Pluspunkt: Die Farben sind schön strahlend und intensiv.
