The organic Mundwohl oil pulling treatment combines the valuable knowledge of aromatherapy with the teachings of Ayurveda in an effective and tasty recipe. The result is a cleansing composition in 100% natural organic quality. Valuable sesame and coconut oil as traditionally recommended plant oils are combined with the fruity tasting sea buckthorn fruit oil. The oil has a tendency to get into all gaps, crevices and spaces and can thus reach really hard-to-reach interdental spaces and gum pockets. In addition, the chewing and pulling movement improves the blood circulation of the gums and strengthens their self-healing power. The recipe is supplemented by the essential oils spearmint, ginger, cardamom and lemon, which are known in naturopathy for their effects. Due to the pleasantly spicy, fresh recipe, daily oil pulling is transformed from a special treatment that takes a lot of getting used to into a healthy health and beauty routine that strengthens the body as well as oral and dental health in the long term. For strong teeth and healthy gums, because health begins in the mouth. Application An oil pulling treatment is a type of “mouthwash” with vegetable oil. The practice, which comes from Ayurveda, is carried out on an empty stomach in the morning before brushing your teeth. Some experts recommend cleaning your tongue before oil pulling. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth, move it around and pull it through your teeth. The recommended time is about 20 minutes. During oil pulling, the oil in your mouth becomes thinner over time and turns into a milky liquid. Then spit the oil out into a paper towel, dispose of it in the household waste and rinse your mouth with water. Brush your teeth as usual.

Why should you take time for oil pulling?
10 to 20 minutes - the time you should invest in oil pulling. If possible, do it daily so that positive changes occur. 20 minutes is ideal. During the oil pulling treatment, the oil in your mouth mixes with saliva and absorbs microorganisms. The oil that you spit out after this time is a completely different color and consistency compared to the oil's state at the beginning of oil pulling.
With Joy Oil Pulling
Beginners in particular often have to get used to the oily feeling in their mouth. Therefore, when you try oil pulling for the first time, it may be advisable not to fill your mouth too full and to gradually increase the application time from 3 to 5 minutes. It can also be easier to start with a teaspoon of oil instead of a tablespoon. Also, don't exert yourself too much when oil pulling. Alternating between pulling, slurping and moving the oil around in your mouth can provide a pleasant change and prevent your jaw muscles from cramping.
Start your day inspired
While oil pulling, there are a variety of options to start the day well. You can prepare breakfast in peace, meditate, shower and enjoy your individual beauty program. Time flies.
Oil pulling during pregnancy
The hormonal changes and adjustments during pregnancy can lead to increased bleeding gums, bad breath and nausea. If the expectant mother has vomited due to morning sickness, it is advisable not to brush her teeth straight away, as stomach acid can attack the tooth surface and it takes some time for saliva production to replenish the tooth surface with sufficient minerals. It may be better to rinse the mouth well with water and use an oil pulling treatment. The oral cavity is cared for and cleaned simply and effectively, and the remineralization of the teeth is supported. This also counteracts any bad breath that may occur due to suboptimal dental hygiene.
