Fruit puree for harmonizing Vata, Pitta and Kapha from the Indian gooseberry. Amla (Emblica officinalis) is one of the most important plants in Ayurveda. This fruit contains all five flavors that are found in Ayurvedic nutrition except salty. Amla jam is called Rasayan (similar to Chyavanprash) in Ayurveda.
