A wine-like drink made from fresh ginger juice. The fresh ginger juice is mixed with the other ingredients and fermented according to Ayurvedic tradition (Asava method).
The Ginger Elixir MILD has an excellent subtle ginger taste, similar to a sweet "sherry". It can be drunk before or after a meal.
