- Utilization Chickpeas are particularly versatile, e.g. as a side dish to couscous, in soup, as patties, as a spread or fried as falafel balls.
- Preparation As a side dish for 2 people, soak 150g chickpeas in plenty of water for around 12 hours and cook in fresh water for 60-90 minutes. Only add salt at the end of the cooking time.
