Mild curry paste, which is particularly good as a spicy and
protein-rich side dish or ingredient to Ayurvedic and Indian curry
dishes.
For the preparation of delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: Vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger Sauté briefly in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Mild Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per portion) and simmer until done. (For more flavor Vegetables, meat pieces or tofu overnight in the curry paste marinate.) For a creamy sauce, add creme fraiche, Stir in cream cheese or creamed coconut and simmer for a few minutes Simmer or let it simmer gently. Serve with rice. The dish is ready Indian curry!
