With his work Dreamscapes, RaviGauly has created a fascinating lounge/ambient world music that uniquely combines the overtone-rich facets of Indian and oriental music with western elements.

The album offers 10 pieces that take you away from everyday life with their meditative melodies, invite the listener to relax and open up deep levels of consciousness. The groovy, dynamic pieces, on the other hand, release a lot of energy and joy of life. Countless trips to India, Sri Lanka and Nepal have deeply inspired the musician, alternative practitioner, physiotherapist and practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine. The self-taught musician recorded all of the instruments himself in his AsiaLounge studio, including sitar, santoor, dilruba, tampura, saz, singing bowls, tabla, electric guitar, bass, drums and keyboard.
