Himalayan cedar extra (conv.), 5 ml

Himalayan cedar oil is characterized by its restorative and nervously stabilizing effect. The balancing scent helps reduce stress and at the same time promotes strength and self-confidence. Rubbed on the chest, the oil can provide relief from coughs and colds. Due to its astringent and soothing properties, Himalayan cedar oil can also be used on flaky skin and oily hair. The oil is therefore ideal as an ingredient in soaps. It also promises relief from skin rashes as it has a skin-regenerating, antiseptic and pain-relieving effect. The calming yet refreshing scent profile is ideal for air purification and as a room freshener as well as for repelling moths and insects. The scent is often preferred by men, which is why the oil is also suitable for use in shaving soaps.

• Himalayan cedar is one of the few “true” cedars

• slightly sweeter and more intense scent than the Atlas cedar

• Calming fragrance mixture “Let Go” for the aroma lamp:
  10 drops of Himalayan cedar extra
  20 drops of organic lime
  5 drops of fine organic lavender
  
  Pour the essential oils into an empty bottle. Close these and shake lightly. Drizzle 8 drops of the mixture into the aroma lamp.
  

• Mixture “Strong and Courageous” to strengthen stamina in times of upheaval:
  3 drops of Himalayan cedar extra
  2 drops of organic rose geranium
  4 drops of organic grapefruit
  
  Pour the essential oils into an empty bottle. Close these and shake lightly. Drizzle 8 drops of the mixture into the aroma lamp.
  

• Mild soap “hand disinfectant”
  250 ml of neutral liquid soap
  10 drops of Himalayan cedar extra
  10 drops of organic lemongrass
  3 drops of organic thyme thymol
  
  Add the essential oils to the soap (preferably from the health food store) and mix.
