Like many things in Ayurveda, this type of foot massage seems to be something that is both simple and yet complex. The positive effect of a foot massage, which in itself provides relaxation, is given a whole new dimension with the help of the Kaash bowl. At the same time as relaxation, the foot muscles are strengthened, which creates an incomparable feeling of lightness. After regularly using the Kaash bowl, your weight rests completely differently on the soles of your feet. You walk with a lighter step - almost as if you wanted to fly with your own feet!

But this massage routine offers even more. The Ayurvedic texts repeatedly emphasize the positive effect of Triphala Ghee on eyesight and the pleasant relaxation of the eye muscles. The skin on the soles of the feet remains supple. Cracks and congestion in the blood vessels, which can occur due to a Vat-Pitta imbalance, are said to be prevented. The circulation is stimulated and feelings of numbness are counteracted.
In hot summer temperatures, the slightly cooling (Pitta-balancing) and relaxing effect on the eyes is immediately noticeable. In winter, the foot massage is extremely beneficial and helps against cold feet.
The copper contained in the Kaash supports the cleansing effect of the massage technique as well as the Triphala Ghee.
