Pure Nepal incense - Maidal

Maidal (lat. Catunaregam spinosa), the so-called "dream nuts", are smoked in bed because they are ideal for sleeping through the night and for preventing nightmares. Their bitter, resinous, earthy smell has a holistically calming effect. "Dream nuts" should be crushed before smoking (e.g. in a mortar).
